This holiday home is situated in the beautiful Plettenberg Bay within walking distance to the beach.

We project managed a total renovation of this particular apartment. When the client purchased the property, the apartment was old and dated and the client had wanted a total refresh. Walls were knocked out, doors replaced and moved, ceiling replaced and gorgeous solid oak floors installed and new lighting throughout the apartment. In particular, led strip lighting hidden within the bulkhead of all ceiling to create a soft calm mood. The bathrooms and kitchen were gutted and replaced with new and modern finishes. The look is clean, simple and uncluttered. White cupboard doors, white stone tops and little colour in the apartment other than shades of blue which we introduced in scatter cushions.

This apartment makes for easy living and is now a happy space for my client and his family to spend much needed holiday time away from the day to day pressures of life.
