This signature residential development in Century City offers apartment-style living within a developing residential and commercial area.
We were asked to create an upmarket, inviting concierge area and lift lobby space.

The artwork was sourced locally and all furniture was custom made and sourced for the client.
The building itself is predominantly white, grey and very neutral with elements of metal cladding and geometric lines.
Internal courtyards and meeting spaces are minimalistic and we felt that we needed to introduce some colour to create the ‘wow’ factor.

We used a rich teal velvet for the 3m sofa with oversized contemporary occasional chairs. A beautiful wool rug with geometric pattern and shape anchors the furniture in the reception area.
We loved how the colours complemented the walnut cabinetry and charcoal feature walls.
